I'm a fiber artist specializing in yarn-storming/yarn-bombing in the state of Arizona.

Kristin Wolfe is a fiber artist who uses colorful spools of yarn to create unique street art. Her fabric and textile background have influenced her to take her creations to another level–yarn bombing! What exactly is this different and truly unique art? Yarn bombing is the art of taking an object or space viewed as aesthetically displeasing and transforming it into a sight absolutely worth seeing!

Ms. Wolfe was chosen along side 20 other artists to exhibit her work at the ArtelPhx Art Show at the Clarendon Hotel in Phoenix. For this exhibit she chose to yarn bomb the Clarendon’s PHX bike rack, two bikes and one tricycle. Her precise pairing of bright colors and patterns evoke the feeling happiness. She was featured in azcentral.com for these funky urban transportation pieces.
